MyTVLife commemorative certificates come in three formats:

- 8” x 10” printed on high-gloss card stock
- 11” x 17” printed on high gloss heavy paper

- Notable new shows that premiered that fall
- What TV Guide’s editors were recommending to readers on that day
- An image of that week’s TV Guide cover
